Refund policy

YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER TO RETURN ELIGIBLE ITEMS.

Eligible Items must not show signs of use or damage. Once inspected, we will be happy to credit your original payment method minus the shipping expense back to us.  

We do not accept returns of already burned candles.

Eligible items that were purchased as a set, for example, two candles bought as one SKU must be returned as the set.  We can not return or exchange part of a set.  

Returning a Damaged Item

Unfortunately, shipping and handling can cause damage to products. If an item from your order arrives damaged, email us moderocandlecompany@gmail.com. Please include a picture of the damaged item and your order number. We will initiate a full refund to your original payment method or we will be happy to send you a replacement.
